Limitless Survivor Prestige Planner

Checklist before spending Yellow Crystals on prestige tiers.

Last updated:

Prestige readiness checklist

Tick the gates you have cleared. Aim for most boxes before spending Yellow Crystals.

Readiness score: 0 / 8 — Keep farming crystals and floors.

Prestige is Limitless Survivor’s biggest strategic button. Spending Yellow Crystals resets stage progress while permanently increasing Artifact drop rates and crystal income — but mistiming a reset wastes hours, strands you on early floors with low pickup range, and revives every review complaint about floaty movement and imperfect auto-play. This page gives a markdown checklist you can follow in any notebook, plus an interactive planner UI rendered on this page that runs client-side in your browser (tick boxes, reset the form, no account required).

Read How to Prestige and Yellow Crystals for mechanic depth, then return here before confirming spends.

When prestige makes sense

Yellow Crystals drop from Normal Floor 7 onward. Patch 1.0.02 doubled that drop rate, so mid-game resets arrive faster than demo-era expectations. Prestige still trades immediate depth for long-term drip — the planner exists to make that trade conscious.

Prestige does not wipe standard crystal stat upgrades or owned Artifacts. It does send you back through earlier floors where crystal bundles feel tighter until pickup range recovers (Crystals). Plan reinvestment before you click confirm.

Markdown checklist (copy-friendly)

Use this HTML-friendly checklist in notes or the on-page interactive tool:

  • Floor gate: I can reliably reach Normal Floor 7+ in current runs.
  • Yellow Crystal bank: I know my total Yellow Crystals and the cost of the next prestige tier.
  • ROI read: I read post-1.0.02 rates — doubled Yellow drops and ~67% higher base Artifact drops (Updates Hub).
  • Pickup plan: I will reinvest standard crystals into pickup range immediately after reset.
  • HP / time limit: Core survival stats are not neglected for greedy attack upgrades (Stat Upgrade Priority).
  • Build check: My five skill slots clear packs without single-target bottlenecks (Build Loadout, Best Builds).
  • Auto-play reality: I accept auto-dodge is imperfect and will manual move for bosses (Auto-Play Guide).
  • Controls readiness: I tested movement after 1.0.03 Controls Improvement (Controls Hub).
  • Artifact goal: I know whether I prestige for rate tiers or push one more floor for immediate drops (How to Farm Artifacts).
  • Demo note: Full-game prestige only — demo progress does not carry (Demo vs Full).

Tick each line in the interactive UI on this page when ready. If three or more items fail, delay prestige one session and fix gaps.

Interactive tool on this page

The wiki embeds a client-side prestige planner widget below the article body (implemented separately from this JSON). It mirrors the checklist above with clickable rows, optional notes fields, and a reset button. State lives in your browser session — refresh clears ticks unless you copy results elsewhere. Future updates may add export; launch focus is clarity over feature bloat.

If the widget fails to load, use the markdown list literally; mechanics do not depend on JavaScript.

Post-prestige session plan

After spending Yellow Crystals:

  1. Open stat menu — allocate pickup range and HP before attack luxuries (Stat Planner).
  2. Run Normal floors you outscale to refill standard crystals quickly.
  3. Enable auto-play only on routes you manually verified (Floors and Bosses).
  4. Track Artifact drip slowdown separately — late collection is normal; see Artifacts.
  5. Revisit this checklist before the next tier purchase.

Common mistakes the planner prevents

  • Prestiging below Floor 7 — Yellow Crystal income insufficient; read Getting Started.
  • Attack-only reinvestment — causes pickup pain documented in Game Review.
  • Hoarding Yellow Crystals forever — delays Artifact rate tiers that compound over time.
  • Ignoring achievements — new skills shorten post-reset clears (Achievements).

Prestige should feel like investing, not rage-quitting. The checklist and on-page UI exist to keep resets boring in the best way — predictable, profitable, and aligned with Tam Lab’s incremental design.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Where is the interactive prestige planner?

The interactive planner UI loads on this wiki page and runs client-side in your browser. Use the markdown checklist here if the widget is unavailable.

How many checklist items should pass before prestiging?

Aim to satisfy every item. If several fail — especially Floor 7 access or pickup reinvestment — delay prestige one session.

Does the planner account for patch 1.0.02?

Yes. Checklist text references doubled Yellow Crystal drops and higher Artifact rates from version 1.0.02.

Will prestige wipe my crystal stat upgrades?

No. Prestige resets stage progress, not permanent stats bought with standard crystals. Pickup range still needs reinvestment for comfort.

Can I use this planner during demo play?

You can practice the checklist, but demo progress does not carry to the full Steam game.
