Prestige is Limitless Survivor’s biggest strategic button. Spending Yellow Crystals resets stage progress while permanently increasing Artifact drop rates and crystal income — but mistiming a reset wastes hours, strands you on early floors with low pickup range, and revives every review complaint about floaty movement and imperfect auto-play. When prestige makes sense

Yellow Crystals drop from Normal Floor 7 onward. Patch 1.0.02 doubled that drop rate, so mid-game resets arrive faster than demo-era expectations. Prestige still trades immediate depth for long-term drip — the planner exists to make that trade conscious.

Prestige does not wipe standard crystal stat upgrades or owned Artifacts. It does send you back through earlier floors where crystal bundles feel tighter until pickup range recovers (Crystals). Plan reinvestment before you click confirm.

Post-prestige session plan

After spending Yellow Crystals:

1. Open stat menu — allocate pickup range and HP before attack luxuries (Stat Planner).
2. Run Normal floors you outscale to refill standard crystals quickly.
3. Enable auto-play only on routes you manually verified (Floors and Bosses).
4. Track Artifact drip slowdown separately — late collection is normal; see Artifacts.
5. Revisit this checklist before the next tier purchase.

Common mistakes the planner prevents

• Prestiging below Floor 7 — Yellow Crystal income insufficient; read Getting Started.
• Attack-only reinvestment — causes pickup pain documented in Game Review.
• Hoarding Yellow Crystals forever — delays Artifact rate tiers that compound over time.
• Ignoring achievements — new skills shorten post-reset clears (Achievements).

Prestige should feel like investing, not rage-quitting. The checklist and on-page UI exist to keep resets boring in the best way — predictable, profitable, and aligned with Tam Lab’s incremental design.
